35 years after „Club 74 e.V.“ was founded, the habitation
„Wohnen im Park“ will be build in the neighborhood of Prinz
Friedrich. The building will have two living groups with 7 respectively
8 single rooms. Every living group is going to have it´s own living
and eating area. Two rooms a time will have it´s own lounges,
which are supposed to give these part a special private touch. A special
feature of “Wohnen im Park” is the “guest room”
which is planed for short absorptions in the time of rehabilitation.
It is destined for giving patients, who don’t need to stay in
a mental institution anymore, a new environment to live in, besides
getting help from a professional personal. The house will be created
free of any barriers. In the ground floor of the building there will
be rooms for a daily structured life.
