Assisted single living in the “Wohnstätte am Westerbach”
Since the beginning of 2003 the “Wohnstätte” offers six places for assisted single living., There are two single-apartments and two habitations for a total of six inhabitants in the house Kleistr. 1, 32312 Lübbecke
This new offer of housing is meant for mentally handicapped people, who want to do the step from assisted living into their own habitation, but need the whole range of support.

A close link to the “Wohnstätte am Westerbach” guarantees an all over care. The common institutions are available for the inhabitants of “Kleistr. 1” as well as the services and leisure time offers of the “Wohnstätte am Westerbach”.
The offers of therapy are adapted to the needs of a self-guided and self-responsible life.
Simultaneously the intensive care gives a high level of security and safety.

The Club 74 e.V. closes the gap by this additional offer between stationed and ambulant aid, which are two important elements in the socialpsychiatric system of the region Minden-Lübbecke.
The idea of this is to give clients the opportunity to direct their move into their own housing by themselves and in adequate steps.
